Timetable

____ 6 months before rental date Security deposit and balance of rental fees due, or booking is subject to $50 late fee or cancellation

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation, you will forfeit a portion of your rental fees, depending on when you cancel. Dates cannot be re-scheduled; changing a date is considered a cancellation and re-booking.

Indemnification

A Certificate of Liability Insurance providing Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability protection in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and naming Stonebridge Gardens and its owners as additional insured is required at least 30 days in advance of your event.

My signature certifies that I have read and agree to abide by the conditions as set forth by Stonebridge Gardens governing the use of the facility as specified on this contract; that I hereby voluntarily assume any and all risks including injury to any person or property, and agree to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless Stonebridge Gardens and its owners from and against any claim, damage, loss, lawsuit, expense and/or liability whatsoever for any injury, death, or damage to any person or property in any way related to the use of these facilities by me, my guests, caterers, and any other person on the premises; and that if there are minors in the group using these facilities, I will accept full responsibility for them throughout the period covered by this Contract.
